This manual is still at an experimental stage. Not all functions of the FEM classes are included, and some classes are not there at all. So use it at your own risk.
Even worse, the code itself is under development, too, so manual and
code will frequently be out of sync, as I tend to update the manual on a more casual basis.
If you come from outside the CMT Group at Medical Physics Department, UCL, you will not have access to files at source code level. While I do not want to make the library completely public at present, I am prepared to discuss access to the source on a case-by-case basis. If you are desperate for the source code, please contact me at the address below.
If you do have access to source code level, you might find that your WWW viewer has problems finding hyperlinks in source code. One such case is netscape which always jumps to the top of a source file. NCSA Mosaic (X version 2.4) works fine.
Source-level users will also have to modify (or create) the mimes.type file in their home directory to contain the line
text/html html h cc
in order to cause Mosaic to treat .h and .cc source files as hypertext files.
